Today, we were very happy to participate in the digital festival Zurich 2020 and to hold our Digital Lab “From a manual interaction to a digital journey”.
Philippe Hefti (associate partner at Open Web Technology) and Ana Ivic (UX/UI designer at Open Web Technology) detailed the cornerstones of successful digital transformation projects. During the session, the participants learned how we transform manual interactions into a digital journey thanks to our proven methodology. To make the session practical, they could create brown papaers and create a clickable prototype thanks to a concrete case study.
