Open Web Technology is stepping up its collaboration with Microsoft
All of us at Open Web Technology (OWT) are enthusiastic about taking the relationship with Microsoft to the next level. The team in Switzerland, as well as our offshore team in Da Nang, Vietnam, are confident that this will push forward the unique know-how of OWT regarding custom development and as a solution provider for Dynamics 365.
This has indeed already started, as many of our employees have already passed their Microsoft Azure, Web Services, or Dynamics 365 certification. This month only, we had three new colleagues who obtained their certifications and hope many more will in the coming months. Better shown than said, we do not take this relationship for granted, and will keep working on making it better for the years to come!
What does it mean for our customers?
Our strengthen partnership first reinforces the leader position of Open Web Technology as a Microsoft Solution provider company. Notably, Open Web Technology will be able to boost its customer digital transformation thanks to Microsoft Solutions and to provide application development in the Microsoft Azure domain more easily than ever before.
By using Microsoft Azure DevOps, OWT uses Agile process, oversees code utilizing Git, can test the developed applications, and deploy code using CI/CD framework. Azure DevOps hence provides a robust platform to deploy solutions in a pipeline, allowing for continuous integration and deployment. As good news never comes alone, Microsoft Azure Cloud is now hovering over Switzerland as all data are now stored locally. This means more safety and more privacy for clients than what was previously achievable.
Open Web Technology is the preferred Microsoft partner of two of the largest Swiss companies. They have outsourced their custom Microsoft development activities as well as some of their other solutions as Sharepoint etc... In addition, we support many other companies in the implementation of Microsft solutions. A perfect use case illustrating our services is the solution we developed to manage work permits in a large multinational. It shows how we could build a custom solution on top of Sharepoint, leverage PowerBI and collaborate closely with our team in Da Nang.
