On 1st of April 2021, Open Web Technology (OWT), a daughter company of Swisscom, will inaugurate a new office in the heart of Basel.
Philippe Hefti, recently promoted Partner at OWT and originally from Basel, will take over the Market Manager role of the new office.
Over the last years, OWT had the opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of some of the greatest companies in the Basel area such as Medgate, Roche, or Straumann. The launch of the Basel office adds a fifth recruiting platform to fuel OWT growth, after Zurich, Geneva, Lausanne, and Da Nang (Vietnam).
"It's the right time for us to strengthen our footprint in Basel to respond to the increased demand for digital solutions of the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. We want to drive digital innovation projects of our customers in Northwestern Switzerland and get the best talents to join us from the tri-national area of Basel" says Philippe Hefti.
