Situation
Our client -a government deploying an e-government platform- requested our help to define and deliver a private citizen space, to maintain personal citizen data and store private preferences, and be the portal entry to e-government wide services.
Approach
Open Web Technology worked closely with the client team to design and deploy an intuitive, simple and scalable platform defining immediate and mid-term priorities:
- design an integrated platform to store, to validate and to maintain citizen private data that can be used across online services
- introduce and design the next generation services or app store towards citizen online services
- design basics for digital channels expansion towards mobile channel
